What do language industry roles pay now that AI has changed the work?

Most language-industry pay data covers translators and production roles. This report benchmarks the part that decides whether a language business grows — what its commercial and leadership roles pay, across sales, revenue, general management and operations — segmented by role, region and seniority, and how AI is shifting the numbers.

Released as indexed pages rather than a gated PDF, so a figure can be linked to, quoted and checked against its own sample. The successor to the firm's earlier industry reporting.

Coverage

10 roles, 6 markets

Each role is benchmarked in each market rather than once globally, because the same title pays differently in North America and the Nordics and an industry-wide average hides exactly that.

Planned coverage of the Talent Insights Report: 10 roles across 6 markets. No benchmark is published yet.

Method

How the numbers will be produced

01

Every figure carries its provenance

A band is published with its source, its collection period and its sample size, or it is not published. That is what makes a number citable rather than decorative.

02

Nothing is borrowed

No range is populated from a competitor's report or from aggregate job-board data. An unsourced figure under this firm's name is the one a candidate will quote back at a client.

03

Segmented, not averaged

Benchmarks are broken out by seniority, role and market rather than collapsed into a single industry average, because an average across those three is a number that describes nobody.
